About Ivera
Built inside one practice's denial backlog.
Ivera is a revenue cycle management company for independent practices. It exists because the standard way of billing lets money disappear quietly, and because the fix turned out to be reading every remittance line instead of the ones there was time for.
The story
In 2026 an ABA practice handed us an aging report with 1,407 claims on it and a clearinghouse login. The plan was to appeal the big denials. What the remittances showed was that most of the denied money sat in lines under $100, each too small for anyone to spend an afternoon on, and together worth more than the large claims everyone was chasing.
So we built an engine that reads every 835 line, classifies the denial, prices it at the contracted rate, drafts the appeal with the clinical note and the payer's own policy, and files it after the practice approves. It has filed 661 appeals for that first practice and reconciled every cheque that came back, 47 of 47, to the cent.
Recovery alone is a patch. The leak starts upstream, in eligibility, authorizations, scrubbing and posting, so Ivera now runs the whole revenue cycle, with the engine working every claim from the day it is billed. Together with its partner billing operation, Ivera's team has processed more than 500,000 claims for 56 practices across specialties, and recovered more than $3,000,000 through appeals.

Gal built the denial recovery engine and still reads the ledger every morning. He is the person clients email when something needs fixing, and the one who answers.
support@iverasystems.comHow we work
Four rules, kept on every claim.
01
No denial is too small to have a number
Billing as usual triages by size and writes the small lines off. We read every remittance line and price every one of them at the contracted rate, so a $58 denial is a $58 decision, not noise.
02
A person approves everything that leaves
The engine detects, drafts and files. Nothing goes to a payer in a practice's name until someone at the practice says yes. Declining is one click.
03
Every figure is a ledger entry you can open
Collections, recoveries, fees, write offs. Each one is a line with a date, a source and a cheque number behind it. A monthly summary you cannot drill into is not a report.
04
Status labels are honest
Live means in production. In development means not yet. We would rather show a smaller true thing than a larger vague one, on this site and on the call.
Where we work
Practices in all 50 states. A team across US time zones.
Ivera signs a BAA before any data moves, runs on HIPAA eligible infrastructure, and keeps an audit trail that cannot be edited. The fastest way to see what we would find in your remittances is the free review.
